Good progress Chris! The location settings canva is great and has a good level of detail. Good work meeting up with the dancers for some test shots. Hopefully this will really help you with your future filming.
Storyboard looks really detailed with ideas for shots - make sure you are referring back to this to ensure you get all the film you need before editing.
Consider uploading your shooting schedule to keep track on your filming timings.
